Vayuna Alma is located at Lisbon Center, subway exit Baixa-Chiado / Rossio with 5/3min walk.

From Cais Sodre riverside, is a easy 15/20min walk

By default reservations have a 10min waiting, we always try to reach to understand the situation and if NO MESSAGE OR ANSWER the appointment is marked as No Show.

Always send a text or WhatsApp as soon as possible to ask if the appointment can be later than scheduled, or to ask for another time available,

Yes, Packs are an excellent choice to have a regular treatment, with a 60 days to use in a 15 days a part for maintenance, or every week for treatments core results.

Any service, class, treatment must not be attended with a full stomach.

Preferably with a 3h/4h minimum time frame between the last lighter meal.

Refund only takes place on those situations:

1) Client clear appointment service mistake and there’s a difference of payment between services, the amount is adjustable directly

2) Incapacity from our end to have the appointment, service or class at the time frame marked and no other solutions are available, payment can take place a few days after the original date

NOTE that there’s a NON REFUND POLICY BY DEFAULT we always try to have a solution matching both ends.

Yes, we encourage self care on that special time of expecting a new life. Abhyanga, Lymphatic, Reiki, Crystal Therapy, Sound Healing, Relax Protocol, Foot & Hand Care, Skincare ….we adjust accordingly to your needs and comfort.
